Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including protein coffee, loaded tea, and protein shakes ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems such as Squake POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions with cash handling, processing cash and card payments smoothly Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Assist with drink preparation tasks when needed to support overall café operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Requirements Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Experience with beverage preparation techniques is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours Join us as a Drink Specialist and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through expertly crafted beverages!
