Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00

PM Responsibilities Include:

Constant interaction with our retail partners, installers, and customers Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers Monitor and track installations and service calls Resolve customer concerns and service issues Assist with light warehouse duties as needed Load out carpet installation crews with materials and supplies Maintain and organize pad inventory Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Receive, stage, and move carpet and padding Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Job Requirements:

Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are a huge plus Previous customer service experience Strong phone presence with the ability to resolve customer issues professionally Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred Must be able to lift and move flooring materials when necessary Must be able to pass a criminal background check This position offers a unique combination of customer service, operations coordination, and warehouse support responsibilities, making it ideal for a hands-on individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
