Duties Operate basic tools and equipment following safety standards and procedures Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to move materials or products safely Picking up trash help with task from other co workers getting pictures and walking with customers to show products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe working environment Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or equipment issues and report them promptly Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift Understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to following them Experience or willingness to learn GMP guidelines for quality assurance Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently and correctly Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Prior experience in general labor roles is a plus but not required; training will be providedJoin us in a role that values your effort, promotes safety, and offers opportunities for growth.
