Job Description
The warehouse associate will be responsible for performing various tasks within our warehouse facility, including inventory management, receiving shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and meeting our customers' needs for product delivery. Receive incoming shipments of goods and materials Inspect deliveries for accuracy and completeness Verify quantities and quality of items received and record Organize and store received items in designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory control activities Maintain accurate records of inventory levels Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisor Identify and report discrepancies or damages in inventory Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment and equipment Schedule downtime effectively for preventative maintenance tasks, such as servicing and inspecting forklifts and other warehouse equipment, to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
