$14.00 per hour / $15 after probationary period Position Summary Great American Supply is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our warehouse and retail operations run efficiently by receiving, stocking, pulling, loading, and delivering feed and agricultural products. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. Essential Responsibilities Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Continuously lift and move 50-pound bags of feed throughout the workday. Pull and stage customer and dealer orders accurately. Assist customers by loading purchases into vehicles. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and retail environment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training available if needed). Rotate inventory and ensure proper product organization. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Work closely with fellow team members to complete daily tasks and meet customer needs. Perform other warehouse and retail duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to continuously lift and handle 50-pound bags throughout the workday. Strong work ethic with a positive, "get the job done" attitude. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Customer service mindset and willingness to assist retail customers. Forklift experience preferred but not required. Previous warehouse, feed, agriculture, or distribution experience is a plus. Must be able to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Physical Requirements Frequently and continuously lift, carry, push, and pull 50-pound bags. Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb throughout the shift. Work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
