Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position combines local delivery driving with warehouse responsibilities to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road while also supporting warehouse operations and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck to complete scheduled delivery routes Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries Maintain professional communication with customers during deliveries and pickups Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining warehouse cleanliness Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures Support warehouse operations including stocking, inventory counts, and shipment preparation Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals Qualifications Previous experience driving a box truck or commercial delivery vehicle preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Warehouse experience preferred, but not required Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic What We're Looking For Reliable and safety-focused individuals Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service Team players who are motivated and eager to grow with the company Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments Experience Box truck driving: 1 year preferred Warehouse experience: 1 year preferred License/Certification Valid Driver's License required with clean driving record Forklift Certification preferred (if applicable) We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and excellent service.
