Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure timely shipment fulfillment Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records and support inventory management efforts Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating shipping logistics in compliance with trade regulations Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and updating inventory records accordingly Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock in designated areas, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean workspace Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms, and Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and trade compliance standards Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is advantageous Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support team collaboration and client satisfaction Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform load & unload tasks safely Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your energy fuels our success!
