Job Overview Looking for a reliable worker to join our team for the summer season. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and handle basic hands-on task. Pay is based on experience and we are looking for someone who can start right away. Must have driver license and transportation. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual labor or basic tools Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers Support team members in executing construction or maintenance tasks according to project specifications Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote efficiency and safety standards Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures and quality standards Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job site requirements Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is advantageous

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
