Job Description We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Accurately move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and organization. Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies. Follow shipping and receiving procedures to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist production teams with material movement and other warehouse-related tasks as needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift experience or certification is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and inventory tracking experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. #INDSXF
