Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will help ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and logistics while contributing to a fast-paced distribution operation. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently. Load and unload shipments safely utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling tools. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with our logistics personnel and preparing shipping documents. Conduct data entry for order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using Odoo. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and assisting with order inquiries or issues related to warehouse operations. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and logistics operations is a plus. Join us in delivering excellence through efficient warehouse practices! From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
