Job Description

Position Overview We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in appliance replacement parts sold through platforms such as eBay, Shopify, and Amazon. We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support inventory processing, product listing, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities include both warehouse operations and computer-based product listing. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming inventory, including used and new appliance control boards. Prepare items for sale by removing wires and accessories and organizing parts for identification. Maintain an organized workspace and inventory storage system. Identify appliance parts using part numbers and manufacturer information. Enter product details into the inventory management system Create accurate listings for sale across multiple e-commerce platforms Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for daily shipment. Ensure all orders are processed and ready for pickup/drop-off by the daily shipping deadline. Maintain packing supplies and shipping organization. Assist with inventory processing and data entry during non-shipping periods. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus Comfortable using computers and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and ability to identify part numbers accurately Ability to work independently and stay organized Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Skills & Traits Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented and accurate Reliable and punctual Comfortable with repetitive tasks Basic computer proficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a small and expanding company Hands-on role with variety of responsibilities How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your experience with warehouse work, inventory management, or order fulfillment.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
