Job Description
Warehouse A ssociate Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Warehouse Associate s for a warehouse in Alcoa , TN . This position will a ssist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing . Pay Rate $1 8.5 0 per hour Shift s and Schedule s Weekend shift: Saturday-Tuesday 5:00am-3:30pm Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions
- D etermine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped
- Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed
- Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Basic computer skills and use of RF scanners is a MUST
- Preferred general warehouse experience
- Must be able to lift , push and pull 75lbs consistently (an in-office assessment will be performed)
- Must be comfortable working in a non- climate-controlled environment Benefits
