This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and supporting daily parts operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Verify and maintain all picking tickets for accuracy Place daily parts orders Process daily stock orders Stock and post incoming inventory Notify appropriate parties when special order parts arrive Return obsolete parts and ensure proper documentation Ensure credits are received for returned parts File shortages and damage claims with vendors and carriers Assist counter sales as needed Assist with DIA (Dealer Inventory Administration or applicable system) Update electronic parts files and maintain accurate system records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse area Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Perform cycle counts and ongoing inventory control Assist with preparation and execution of annual parts inventory Assist in annual parts returns Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Work with vendors and carriers to secure competitive freight rates Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts experience preferred Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and team mindset What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) Paid time off Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement If you're reliable, organized, and ready to be part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
