In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of materials into and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order picking, loading, unloading, and proper handling of goods. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless operations, support safety standards, and contribute to overall warehouse productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to develop their skills in logistics and heavy equipment operation. Duties Maintained all records on Excel and distribute internally and externally Process logistic system through typical application Responsible to keep accurate record of inventory Respond and solve customer's need in a timely manner Settle monthly records of operation and distribute internally Communicate with vendors when needed to collect information Conduct audit and report all discrepancies on inventory to leadership Work with warehouse associates, monitoring work and accuracy of in and outbound transfers Perform cycle counts on inventory. Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries, and outgoing product Verify labeling of every product and placing them accordingly Handling returns by completing documentation and other required communication Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory Support warehouse supervisors in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols related to OSHA regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments with familiarity in order picking and shipping & receiving procedures. Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) Intermediate level knowledge of M/S Office (Power-point, Excel, Word) required. Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure and meet deadlines is important Data entry and computer skills High Level of Attention to Detail Strong Time Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills Prior experience in materials handling roles is advantageous but not required.
