Looking for a stable warehouse job with weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term career potential? Wood Personnel Services is hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple client partners located in Columbia, Spring Hill, Lewisburg, Mount Pleasant, and Franklin, TN. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are open to working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution center environment.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering competitive pay, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and an excellent benefits package after permanent hire.

Warehouse Associates Compensation and Hours:
$16.00 - $19.60 an hour 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Mid Shift opportunities availableMust be able to work scheduled overtime hoursShift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Picking and packing customer orders Loading and unloading trucks Receiving and stocking inventory Preparing shipments for delivery Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Maintaining accurate inventory counts Keeping work areas clean and organized Following all company safety procedures Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals Specific duties may vary depending on the client assignment
Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not always required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic communication and teamwork skills Benefits Offered by Wood Personnel include:
