Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery. Load and unload trucks efficiently, utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring proper placement of goods according to warehouse distribution standards. Process shipping logistics including preparing shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch. Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Basic math skills for counting stock, verifying quantities, and calculating measurements during packing or loading processes. Customer service skills to assist team members and support smooth communication across departments.
