Duties Operate mini loaders and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate the recovery and movement of materials. Manage material recovery processes, ensuring proper sorting, handling, and storage of recyclable or recoverable materials. Assist customers by providing friendly, professional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting their needs related to material recovery operations. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the work area, including inspecting equipment for proper functioning. Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall operational efficiency. Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for resolution. Qualifications Previous experience operating mini loaders or similar material handling equipment is preferred. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to equipment operation and material handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks as needed. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing materials accurately. Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
