Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Packers to join the production team. Packers are responsible for inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing plastic products for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Inspect finished plastic products for quality and defects. Package products according to customer and production specifications. Place products into boxes, bags, or other designated packaging. Label and properly prepare finished products for shipment. Operate basic production and packaging equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet production and quality standards. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, or packing experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed.
