No experience required Se Habla Espanol Position Overview We are hiring dependable and motivated General Labor / Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady work, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and the potential to transition into a long-term position. Pay & Attendance Bonus Starting pay: $16.00 - $17.88 Hr. Eligible employees can earn a $150 biweekly perfect-attendance bonus Temporary-to-Hire opportunity

Work Schedule First Shift:

Monday through Friday, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and typically ending between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. , depending on production needs. Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on business needs. Job Responsibilities Assist with general production and manufacturing duties Handle, move, and organize materials and products Perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety procedures and work instructions Meet daily production and quality expectations Assist in different areas of the facility as needed What We're Looking For No previous experience required Dependable with a strong attendance record Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Willing to learn and be cross-trained in different areas Able to work overtime and weekends when required Safety-minded with a positive work attitude Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
