As a Pick & Pack Associate, you'll be on the front lines of that mission—making sure every package leaves our warehouse on time, accurately, and with care. Position Overview As a Pick & Pack Associate, your role is to accurately pick products from inventory locations, carefully pack them for shipment, and help maintain order flow in the fulfillment center. You'll use digital picking systems and scanners, and be a vital part of Nexgen's operations team ensuring speed, precision, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Use digital picking software to locate and pick products by order Verify SKU, product quantity, and quality before packing Neatly and securely pack orders to minimize damage during transit Affix shipping labels using shipping software Maintain picking/packing speed and accuracy KPIs Communicate product shortages or errors to inventory staff or supervisors Assist in replenishing pick locations and organizing packing stations Follow Nexgen's standards for branding, inserts, and presentation Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations Support other warehouse duties as needed (inbound, inventory, kitting) Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently and stand for extended shifts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using tablets, barcode scanners, or digital inventory systems Basic math and reading skills Reliable, on time, and a strong work ethic Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehouse or fulfillment environment Familiarity with pick/pack processes or KPIs Experience using

WMS, PIO
