Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your energetic approach will help us maintain high standards of shipping logistics, stock control, and customer service. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and conducting regular stock counts. Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving procedures, trade regulations, and international trade requirements when applicable. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow. Provide excellent customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and responding to internal or external inquiries related to shipments or inventory. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in inventory management software such as ERP systems or AS400. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, order picking & packing, and stock management. Basic math skills for counting inventory, calculating weights/measurements, and verifying shipment details. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and client satisfaction. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand or walk throughout shifts; commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Pay:
$22.32 - $26.89 per hour
