SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling sales orders, and assisting in IT/shipping systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform warehouse operations, specifically pick/pack/ship activities,
• Monitors shipping systems
• Receive trucks and unload merchandise,
• Process receipted product according to SOP,
• Stock warehouse with product,
• Fulfill customer orders,
• Move items from pick locations and package for shipment,
• Follow all SOPs and safety codes,
• Perform facilities maintenance,
• Identify damage or loss of product stored in the warehouse,
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

• Participate in inventory control and logistics projects as they arise,
• Other duties, as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND

ABILITIES

):

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in a Warehousing and Distribution environment,
• Customer orientation; achieving Company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus,
• Good communication skills (telephone and email) are essential,
• Team player with proven ability to work well under deadlines,
• Working knowledge of various vendor shipping applications,
• Strong work ethic,
• NetSuite experience, PHYSICAL

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
