We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our wood drying operation. This position involves hands-on work with lumber and wood products, assisting with loading and unloading, stacking, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. No previous experience in wood drying is required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Load and unload lumber and wood products. Stack and organize lumber for the drying process. Assist with moving materials throughout the facility. Monitor and maintain organized wood storage areas. Keep work areas clean and safe. Follow safety procedures and instructions. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as trained. Assist other team members with daily production needs. Perform other general labor duties as needed. Qualifications Reliable and dependable. Able to work in a physically demanding environment. Able to lift and move lumber and materials as required. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Good attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow safety procedures and directions. Previous lumber, sawmill, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay. Full-time hours.
