for this position. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience operating a propane forklift. Responsibilities Pick, pack, verify, wrap, and weigh freight orders accurately. Transact and maintain accurate inventory movements. Operate and inspect a propane forklift safely and responsibly. Operate pallet-wrapping equipment. Ensure orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and safely. Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Provide backup and assistance to other departments as needed. NON CLIMATE CONTROL

Recent picking, packing, and preparing freight pallet orders. Recent pallet-wrapping machine experience. Ability to adapt to a continually changing work environment. Basic math skills and the ability to count accurately. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills and a dependable work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to accept direction. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
