Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirements Two to three years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience required. Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification, with experience operating both sit-down and reach forklifts. Experience using barcode scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse management software preferred. Strong computer and data-entry skills, including basic math for order processing and inventory counts. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment using proper lifting techniques. Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Must pass required background and drug-screening requirements. Job Duties Ship and receive products accurately, pulling and preparing orders for shipment. Place incoming materials into designated inventory locations and perform routine cycle counts. Label and scan products using barcode equipment and enter orders into warehouse systems. Create bills of lading, shipping documentation, and advance shipping notices as required. Operate manual and automated packing lines, plus sit-down and reach forklifts. Process shipments through approved carriers and prepare customs paperwork when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant work area and communicate professionally across teams. What You Will Do As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
