Job Summary The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility. This role supports production and shipping departments by ensuring materials are stocked, staged, and delivered as needed to keep operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Safely transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks and move materials to designated storage or production areas. Stage materials for production and shipping needs. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and production standards. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen. Must have reliable transportation. Strong attendance and dependability are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, material handling, forklift operation, or other hands-on roles is preferred but not required.
