Position Summary HTI is partnering with Red Stag to fill seasonal positions in their warehouse starting in November. Team members may work in receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, kitting, inventory control, or other warehouse functions as business needs require. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory. Accurately scan products and complete warehouse transactions using RF scanners and warehouse systems. Assemble kits and complete special projects according to customer specifications. Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns. Support other warehouse departments as needed through cross-training and teamwork. Meet productivity, attendance, and quality expectations. Qualifications Perfect Attendance Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes. Ability to operate in fast paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
