Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Clerk working the overnight 12-hour shift from 7pm to 7am! You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and seamless shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accuracy and stock integrity Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols Conduct shipping logistics activities including documentation, labeling, and compliance with international trade regulations when applicable Maintain detailed records of all shipping & receiving activities, data entry into ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms Assist with stocking, packaging, and organizing warehouse space to optimize workflow and storage capacity Provide excellent customer service by accurately processing orders and responding promptly to internal requests Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., AS400), and Microsoft Office tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with forklift certification is a plus Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and trade compliance standards Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills and organizational abilities Physical ability to lift heavy items, load/unload trucks, and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics practices is advantageous This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in warehouse distribution.
