Hawkins Lease Service is seeking experienced Laborers for an established customer project in the Greater Houston area. This position requires previous experience working in an industrial, construction, oilfield, or similar labor environment. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who can step into an active crew, understand job-site expectations, and perform physically demanding work safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Perform general labor duties as directed by the crew lead or supervisor Assist equipment operators and other crew members with daily job-site activities Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Assist with job-site preparation, maintenance, and cleanup Safely use hand and power tools Assist with maintaining, cleaning, and greasing equipment as needed Follow customer and Hawkins Lease Service safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area Work effectively as part of an established crew Perform additional duties as required to complete customer projects Minimum Requirements Qualified candidates must: Have previous laborer experience in construction, industrial, oilfield, pipeline, or a similar work environment Have a valid driver's license Be dependable and able to report to work on time Be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Be able to follow instructions and work safely around heavy equipment Be willing and available to work overtime as required by the customer and job schedule Work professionally and safely while on customer locations Employment Requirements Candidates must be able to: Pass a pre-employment drug test Pass a background check Obtain and maintain a TWIC card Maintain a valid driver's license
