General Labor Worker

All Nation Restoration is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to assist with restoration projects involving water, fire, and mold damage. The General Laborer will support the restoration team in cleanup, demolition, and equipment setup, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with water extraction, structural drying, and mold remediation. Perform demolition tasks, including removing drywall, flooring, and debris. Set up and maintain restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers. Clean and sanitize affected areas to meet restoration standards. Load and unload tools, materials, and debris from company vehicles. Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment as required. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various conditions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Previous experience in restoration, construction, or general labor is a plus but not required.
