Position Summary Entry-level position responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory movements, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Decision-Making Authority Works under close supervision. Performance Expectations Contributes to accurate inventory and timely material movement. Equipment Operated Warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, barcode scanners, forklifts (certified). Physical Demands Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.; standing, walking, bending, climbing. Work Environment Manufacturing warehouse; indoor/outdoor exposure. Essential Functions Receive, inspect, unload, label, store, pick, stage, package materials. Assist with shipping and receiving. Operate approved material handling equipment. Maintain housekeeping. Participate in inventory counts. Follow safety procedures. Report discrepancies and damaged materials. Perform other assigned duties. Minimum Qualifications HS diploma/GED preferred. 0-2 years warehouse experience. Basic computer skills. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
