Job Description

Position Overview Client is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support plant operations and site maintenance activities at their Texas facility. This is a short-term contract opportunity expected to last approximately two months. Candidates should be safety-focused, reliable, and willing to perform a variety of physically demanding tasks in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor and housekeeping duties throughout the facility. Assist maintenance and operations personnel with project-related work. Clean work areas, equipment, and designated plant spaces. Move materials, tools, and supplies as directed. Load and unload equipment and materials. Support turnaround, construction, or maintenance activities as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and site policies. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous industrial, construction, warehouse, or labor experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods. Strong commitment to safety and attendance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Work Environment Industrial manufacturing facility. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dust, and plant operations. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
