Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Labor Stainless Steel Hose Assembly technician! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, assembling high-quality stainless steel hoses with precision and care. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to delivering durable, reliable products that meet strict quality standards. Duties Accurately interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide hose assembly processes Use tape measure, and shop math to ensure components meet exact specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment for assembling stainless steel hoses Follow detailed production documents and assembly instructions to maintain consistency and quality in every product Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform machining, and mechanical assembly of hose components Conduct manual handling tasks safely while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols Inspect finished hoses using measuring instruments and shop math to verify dimensions and quality standards before packaging Requirements Prior experience with warehouse or manufacturing environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately Familiarity with tape measure Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of shop math, machining, and mechanical assembly techniques Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely Ability to interpret technical documents and follow detailed instructions precisely Good manual handling skills with the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining safety standards Join us in creating top-tier stainless steel hoses!
