Position Purpose:
Primary objective is to support maintenance repair and overhaul activities in the production plants serviced from the warehouse at the lowest overall cost to Client, while following all safety rules and recommendations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
AXion Material Handler 2 will: Conduct physical inspection and note OS&D on received goods Safely perform physical and administrative tasks associated with warehouse operations Make deliveries throughout the plant Perform housekeeping duties Load/offload trucks Audit incoming/outgoing materials against BOL/Packing slips Process pick tickets for goods issued Reconcile received versus ordered goods Enter GR transactions in warehouse management system Correctly Stage/store materials in location Maintain Accurate inventory levels Accurate processing of documents (BOLs, Packing slips, etc) Obtain PODs from suppliers Process returns Assist with calls and walk-ins Stage materials
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess: Significant work experience in Materials & Warehouse operations background/maintenance experience Detailed industrial equipment and materials knowledge Capable of delivering results and meeting aggressive timelines Strong problem-solving and implementation planning skills Effective interpersonal and team building skills Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) Intimate Knowledge of SAP MM/WM or equivalent Highly developed critical analysis skills and creative thinking
Valid Driver's License Required Basic Plus or Equivalent Required Forklift Experience Required Note:
