This is a physically demanding role focused on loading, unloading, and manually stacking heavy products, materials, and tires. Key Duties & Responsibilities Heavy Loading & Unloading:
Safely load, unload, stack, and stage heavy freight, tires, and materials from trucks and containers.
Manual Material Handling:
Lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing 75 lbs or more consistently throughout your shift.
Warehouse Floor Support:
Assist with inventory movement, pallet loading, and general warehouse organization.
Safety & Maintenance:
Keep work areas clean, clear of debris, and follow all facility safety protocols and equipment rules.
Team Collaboration:
Work efficiently alongside warehouse leads and teammates to hit daily throughput targets.
Must be comfortably capable of lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly and standing, bending, stooping, and walking for the duration of the shift.
Dependability:
Strong work ethic, excellent attendance history, and reliable transportation to the Brookshire, TX area.
Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse, tire handling, general labor, construction, or unloading work is a major plus (not required).
