Pay:

$18.00 -20.00 per hour Position Summary The Food Production Lead guides a team of production workers through daily food production, keeping output, quality, and safety on target. You'll work on the floor alongside your team, train new hires, and be the link between line workers and management. Responsibilities Lead and direct production line workers during each shift, assigning tasks and positions Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals Make sure all staff follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Train new team members on equipment, procedures, and safety practices Monitor product quality, portioning, packaging, and labeling Operate and help maintain production equipment, and report issues right away Keep the work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready Track attendance, production counts, and shift reports Communicate staffing needs, concerns, and progress to supervisors and the KP Staffing team Model safe work habits and enforce PPE and safety rules Qualifications Required 2+ year of experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse work Ability to lead and motivate a team Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred Prior lead or supervisor experience Food handler card or food safety/HACCP training Bilingual (English/Spanish) How to Apply Apply directly with KP Staffing at 10780 Westview Dr Suite G Houston Tx 77043 or call our office 346-800--2010
