Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable General Labor team members to join our manufacturing facility in. This vital role involves supporting daily production operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and assisting with various manual tasks across the plant. As a key contributor to our team, you will help uphold high-quality manufacturing processes while adhering to safety protocols and process improvement initiatives. Duties Assist with assembly line tasks, including mechanical assembly and the use of hand tools and power tools to support production processes Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility Measure components accurately using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met Interpret technical drawings and production documents to support assembly and manufacturing activities Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and adhering to lean manufacturing principles Maintain a clean, organized work environment while complying with safety standards in production Skills Proven experience operating forklifts and familiarity with factory or manufacturing environments Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively Experience interpreting technical drawings, production documents, and technical specifications Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting and manual handling procedures Ability to work on an assembly line with speed and precision while maintaining quality standards Understanding of manufacturing management practices and process improvement techniques such as lean manufacturing Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating with team members Join us as a dedicated General Labor team member in where your hands-on skills will contribute directly to our manufacturing success!
