Corbelo's Services LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to perform interior and exterior general cleaning, site preparation, and structure preparation at assigned project locations. This is a physically demanding position requiring employees to work as part of a team and follow all site safety procedures and client requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

US Citizen Have a valid ID or JL and Social Security Card Transportation required Perform general interior and exterior cleaning of assigned areas. Clean and maintain work areas, facilities, structures, and surrounding areas. Assist with site and structure preparation. Remove trash, debris, dirt, and other materials from work areas. Sweep, mop, pressure clean, or perform other basic cleaning duties as assigned. Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment. Prepare work areas for contractors, maintenance personnel, or other site operations. Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with site-specific procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work safely around construction, industrial, and site equipment. Use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment as instructed. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform additional general labor and cleaning duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Typical schedule is Monday through Saturday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work schedule may vary depending on project and site requirements. Employees may occasionally be required to work later than the scheduled end time when project needs require it.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard. Ability to perform physically demanding general labor and cleaning duties. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull for extended periods. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be willing to work as part of a team. Valid government-issued identification and Social Security documentation required for employment and site access. Must have reliable transportation or be able to arrange transportation to the assigned work location. Must be able to meet all applicable client/site access and security requirements. Previous construction, industrial cleaning, janitorial, demolition, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. Must be willing to work varying hours when required by the project.

Work Environment:

Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to dust, dirt, noise, weather conditions, construction areas, industrial environments, and general site debris. Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety requirements and use required PPE.

Physical Requirements:

The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be physically capable of performing general cleaning and site-preparation duties safely and efficiently.

This is a temporary/project-based position and continued employment is dependent on project requirements, client needs, work performance, attendance, and site requirements.
