This position combines light warehouse duties with customer service and occasional social media support. Ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the warehouse Help unload and organize incoming pallet shipments Keep the warehouse organized and clean for daily operations Use a forklift occasionally (once or twice a week) Support inventory tracking and general warehouse tasks Use slow periods during the day to post basic content to company social media (photos/videos of inventory) Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer service experience preferred Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok Comfortable in a warehouse setting Forklift experience preferred (but not required) Responsible, reliable, and motivated to learn
