$18.00/hour +

Overtime Available Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday-Friday (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start), 8-10 hour shifts. Regular Saturday half-days may be required.

Position Type:

Contract-to-Hire Job Summary WExperience in construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor environments. Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to prepare rebar, build/assemble aluminum concrete forms, and follow blueprints and measurements . Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment . Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and safety-focused , including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean work area. Concrete/precast, rebar, fabrication, form-building, or forklift experience is preferred and offers an advantage. Work Environment Indoor/outdoor manufacturing environment with a construction-site atmosphere and physically active work including standing, lifting, bending, and material handling. Safety-focused workplace with hard hat, safety glasses, vest, and met guards provided. Employees must have their own steel-toe boots . Consistent day-shift schedule with approximately 10 hours of overtime available per week .
