No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesReceiving & Unloading Unload incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand. Inspect incoming freight for damage and report discrepancies. Verify stock against packing slips and log items into the WMS. Inventory & Stocking Move received stock to designated bin locations and storage racks. Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Restock primary picking areas from reserve inventory. Order Picking & Packing Retrieve products based on pick lists, orders, or handheld RF scanners. Verify item numbers, quantities, and condition before packing. Box, wrap, label, and seal packages securely for transport. Shipping & Staging Stage outbound orders in designated loading dock areas. Load packages and palletized goods onto freight trucks or delivery vans. Generate and attach shipping labels and manifest documentation. Facility Maintenance & Safety Clean and organize work areas, packing stations, and aisles daily. Safely operate material handling equipment following company safety rules. Follow OSHA standards, proper PPE guidelines, and ergonomic lifting techniques.
