Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to accurately create parts while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Assist in lifting and moving heavy materials as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support workplace efficiency and safety.
Inspect and report on the condition of trailers and collection containers.
Comply with workplace safety regulations and procedures.
Assist in tank assembly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Proficiency in using electrical and manual tools (e.g., saws, squares, scrapers, grinders).Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and overhead cranes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and drawings.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and willingness to use protective gear (face shield, gloves, etc.).Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
Ability to stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Clean and prepare metal and various materials for welding.Assist in finishing parts, tanks, and pans by grinding, polishing, or painting.
