We are growing fast and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our hands-on team. No industry experience required - we provide fully paid training. The Role (Active & Hands-On) This is a highly physical, active role. You will avoid the desk job and split your time between our active warehouse and premier event venues:
Warehouse Operations:
Loading and unloading trucks, organizing heavy inventory, managing equipment, and prepping decor and props for upcoming setups.
On-Site Logistics:
Executing the heavy "load-in" and "load-out" at event venues, ensuring all lounge furniture, bars, custom props, and accent pieces are safely delivered, set up, and packed away.
Team Coordination:
Maintaining clear communication with the crew to keep schedules tight and solve problems on the fly.
Safety First:

Job Requirements Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy equipment/furniture, handle manual labor, and stand/move for extended periods during busy event days.
Flexibility:
Comfortable with a varied schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends to meet event deadlines.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and a reliable, team-first work ethic.
Prior Experience:
Experience in moving, general labor, event setup, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable but not required. Bonus Points (Plusses): A valid Driver's License. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
