About the work Bubble Brothers Exterior Solutions is building an on-call list of dependable, hardworking people for project-based work at apartment communities and commercial properties across the Bryan-College Station area. We handle exterior cleaning and property maintenance for large property management companies. When a job comes up, we call the people on our list. If you show up on time, work hard, and do the job right, you get called first — and often. Pay is $15-$20/hr depending on the experience you bring. If you already have real maintenance, repair, or trade experience, tell us about it — that's what moves you up the range. This is 1099 contract work. You are paid per job as an independent contractor, taxes are not withheld from your pay, and you are responsible for your own taxes at year end. We are not offering employment, benefits, or guaranteed hours. We're especially interested in people who already have a general maintenance and repair background and want to add pressure washing to what they know. No pressure washing experience is required. We train you on our equipment and our process. What we can't train is showing up and caring about the work. What you'll be doing Pressure washing and soft washing buildings, breezeways, sidewalks, and parking areas (training provided) Window cleaning support Parking lot striping support Property cleanup, debris removal, and site prep General maintenance and light repair tasks around the property Setup, breakdown, and cleanup on every job Following direction from project managers and crew leads What we're looking for Dependable and on time, every time Responsive when we call or text about upcoming work Hands-on experience with general maintenance, repair, construction, landscaping, or cleaning work Comfortable working on your feet all day, outdoors, in Texas heat Comfortable working around ladders, lifts, and equipment Willing to learn pressure washing and soft washing the right way Works well on a team and takes direction without attitude Reliable transportation to job sites Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor (you'll complete a W-9 before your first job)
