Search Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team in Coppell, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick customer orders using an automated voice-directed headset system (English required) Accurately pack, load, and unload trailers for inbound and outbound shipments Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy Handle a variety of household and storage products with care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment Basic English comprehension for voice-picking system Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Physical Requirements Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

• 6:30 pm First Day | 7:00 am
• 3:30 pm

Compensation:
