This position is responsible for all aspects of conveying and packaging product; mix additives required on certain products; hand loading and dumping various raw materials. Responsible for quality, safety, and housekeeping.

DuPont 12 Hour Rotating Schedule Responsibilities Identify difference between final packagingProperly make up boxesSample boxes and mark samples properlyMonitor printer and ensure proper print qualityMonitor in-feed and out-feed conveyors and insure proper movement of boxesOperate all controls on wash stationOperate AT01 elevatorOperate the material hoistHand load additives in AT01 batchesMaintain level in additive tanksUpdate records on holding tanks on control room boardKeep up with levels of product in all holding tanks usedMaintains production materials storage area, including recording material transactions in inventory records and properly storing itemsPerform all required machine cleaningDocument work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc.

Participate in training, retraining, and continual improvement processes and methodsFollows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
