This is a "can-do, will-do" position for someone who likes variety, stays busy, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help wherever needed. This is not a position where every responsibility will fit neatly into a job description — we're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in. Our company is small enough that every person matters, but established and growing enough to offer opportunities for someone who proves themselves and wants to take on more responsibility. What You'll Do Responsibilities will vary day to day and may include: Running parts, supplies, and materials Delivering or hauling A/C units, equipment, and parts to job sites Taking old A/C units and other materials to scrap Operating a forklift to load, unload, and organize materials Stocking water, DEF, fluids, and other commonly used supplies Assisting with light mechanical work Basic handyman work and minor repairs Yard, shop, and property upkeep Mowing and general lawn maintenance as needed Washing company vehicles and equipment Keeping company vehicles clean, organized, and presentable Loading and unloading trucks and trailers Keeping the yard, shop, equipment, and storage areas organized Running miscellaneous company errands Assisting the owners and other team members with miscellaneous projects Seasonal work and other duties as needed Bottom line: If something needs to get done and you're capable of helping with it, we expect everyone on our team to pitch in. Requirements Valid driver's license Driving record that meets company insurance requirements Forklift experience Comfortable driving company vehicles Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials Ability to perform physical work and work outside in Texas weather Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance Mechanical experience is a plus Experience pulling trailers is a strong plus Pay $18-$19/hour: Someone dependable with general labor, yard, warehouse, landscaping, or similar experience who can handle basic duties and learn the rest. $20-$22/hour: Someone with solid forklift, hauling, trailer, handyman, equipment, and/or mechanical experience who can be given a task and trusted to handle it independently. Higher compensation may be considered for someone bringing significant mechanical, equipment, CDL, welding, HVAC, or other valuable trade experience. There is room for increased pay and responsibility over time for the right person who is dependable, takes initiative, learns the operation, and becomes someone the team can count on. We're ultimately looking for someone who wants to become a valuable part of the team — not just someone looking to clock in and clock out.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
