This role ensures technicians have the necessary inventory and supplies available to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, and equipment against purchase orders and shipping documents. Store inventory in designated locations using established warehouse and inventory control procedures. Pick, pack, and distribute parts and materials to service technicians and repair teams. Process returns, repairs, warranty items, and defective materials. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and barcode scanners. Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or replenishment needs. Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and service area. Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with service, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory control, material handling, or service support experience. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems. Ability to accurately track inventory and maintain records. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties. Preferred Forklift certification. Experience in service, repair, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Knowledge of ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems. Experience handling serialized, repairable, or warranty-controlled inventory.
