Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated E-Picker Operator for our NRS Decatur TX warehouse to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring efficient order fulfillment through accurate picking, and handling of inventory using various warehouse equipment and management systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of operating heavy equipment to support seamless warehouse distribution operations. Must not be afraid of heights and be at least 18 years of age. M-Thurs 7a-6p Responsibilities Operate and Electronic Picker, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to pick and transport products efficiently to the packing stations Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for barcode scanning, inventory tracking, and order processing. Accurately select items for customer orders following specified picking procedures while maintaining quality control standards. Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Assist with inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, stock counting, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and managing storage locations. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach E-pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and inventory management systems. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, stock replenishment, and quality control processes. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety protocols and using PPE properly. Basic math skills for inventory counts and order accuracy verification. Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
