Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a full-time worker to help make concrete products in a local manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level job where you will perform everyday hands-on tasks. You will work with a team to prepare molds, handle materials, and keep your work area clean to meet daily goals. Responsibilities Help make concrete products by doing various hands-on production tasks Clean concrete products, molds, and work areas Set up, prepare, and take apart concrete forms Glue rubber gaskets and other parts onto pieces carefully Assist with pouring, finishing, and moving concrete products Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble items Load, unload, and move materials around the facility Requirements Ability to speak and understand English Previous manufacturing, construction, concrete, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Experience using hand tools is a plus Strong work ethic and a dependable, safety-minded attitude Must have steel-toe boots ready for work Work Environment Standing, walking, bending, and staying on your feet for 10 to 11 hours a day Regular lifting and carrying of heavy materials up to 70+ lbs Working outdoors in changing temperatures Industrial environment with exposure to dust, concrete materials, and loud noise Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
